Responding to RFQ terms and conditions (Enterprise)

To respond to a buyer's terms and conditions for an RFQ:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
2. Initiate the RFQ response creation process and on the Terms and Conditions page, select the check box for the term and condition you are working with.
3. Click Respond or Change. The Term and Conditions Response page displays.
4. In the text box provided, type your response. For example, you may want to propose an alternative to one or more of the terms and conditions specified by a buyer.
5. Click OK to save the changes and return to the Terms and Conditions page.
