Objective
Determine the pricing for the order.
Description
The total order price is determined by the contract price of each product; and other variables such as the shipping type for each product. The price order process allows customers to change the variables that affect the order price, such as the product contract and the shipping type.

- The product
- The product quantity
- The contract selected for the product
- The payment method
- The billing address
- The shipping address
- The shipping method
Customization
Contracts may be enhanced so that they apply to an entire order, instead of a single product or group of products.

The customer provides the shipping address and submits it. The address is remembered for the registered customer. For the guest customer, the address is remembered as long as the customer does not close the browser. The customer can specify multiple shipping addresses per shipping method. |

The customer has several shipping options available such as requested shipping date and expedite for each of the ordered items. Also, the customer can enter free form shipping instructions for ordered items with the same shipping address, shipping method and shipping date. Another shipping option is to ship as complete (ship the entire order when all items in the shopping cart are available) or partial shipments (ship items in the shopping cart as they become available). |
