Objective
To find a product across multiple suppliers in a fast, easy, and flexible way.
Description
A customer can find a product of interest in the supplier hub's aggregated catalog using many different methods. Refer to the feature list for details. If a product is not found by the customer, they can always restart the process.
Features
A customer may choose to find products by:
- Browsing the aggregated catalog, adding any product to the selected supplier's shopping cart.
- Searching the aggregated catalog using various search criteria.
- Selecting a product from an advertisement on the site

Task Description Role Enter search criteria A CSR chooses which key information that will be used to find a customer profile, enters key information about a customer in order to determine if a customer profile has already been entered into the system.
Registered Customer Select category Select an existing category within a Master Catalog or Sales Catalog to add to the current Sales Catalog.
Registered Customer Select product The customer clicks on a product link, and the product information displays. The customer may be able to specify product attributes on this page.
Registered Customer Select product from search result The returned search results contain links to the matching products. A customer clicks on one of the links, and the information of the linked product displays.
Registered Customer Select SKU A product can have mutiple SKUs. The customer selects a SKU by clicking on the link to the SKU information page.
Registered Customer Select subcategory The customer clicks on a category link, and the page that contains all of the subcategories or products displays.
