Process: Cancel gift registry
Flow
Objective
To allow a gift registry registrant to cancel a gift registry profile that they have previously created with the store.
Description
A customer can cancel an existing gift registry, if they have previously created this registry. A customer may want to cancel a registry that is no longer needed; for example, in the case that an event has been cancelled or a gift registry was mistakenly created. Note that for security reasons, some merchants may not want to provide the cancelation feature to customers, but rather, prefer to use it as an administrative function only.
