Flow
Objective
To approve a submitted contract to make it available to customers
Description
If all the terms and conditions and other contract details are acceptable, then a Sales Manager can approve a contract. The contract can now be made available to customers by deploying the contract. Once a contract is approved, the system will automatically attempt to deploy it. If this deployment fails, then manual intervention may be required as described in the deployment process.

Task Description Role Mark contract approved Approve a submitted contract when all terms and conditions and other details of the contract are acceptable.
Sales Manager Mark contract rejected Reject the submitted contract because the terms and conditions of the contract are unacceptable, or some other aspect of the contract should be modified.
Sales Manager Review submitted contract Review all the terms and conditions and other contract details in a submitted contract.
