Objective
To allow a CSR to enter a new customer into the system.
Description
Customer service representatives can create new customer records. If operating in a B2B designated store, the CSR can select an existing customer organization within which to create the new customer record.

- Customers can have their personal information recorded by the system in order to enjoy all kinds of promotions specifically targeted toward them.
