Ensure that the WebSphere Commerce Information Center is started

To access help while using WebSphere Commerce tools, ensure the help server is active.

The WebSphere Commerce Information Center is started when you can access the following URL from a Web browser:

http://host_name:port/help/index.jsp

where host_name is the fully qualified host name of the WebSphere Commerce machine and port is the port number used for the information center. The default port for the information center is 8001.
