Scheduling the OrderTrashCanClear job

The OrderTrashCanClear command clears trash orders with status is 'X' and type is 'TRH'. It also clears trash orders that have status is 'J' and type 'BIN'. The orders are removed from database. This scheduler command will delete all trash orders and order items. This job can be run at either the site or store level.

1. Open the Administration Console. From the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page, select the Site radio button.

2. From the Configuration menu, click Scheduler. A list of jobs that are scheduled to run on your site displays.

3. Click New.

4. From the Job command list, select OrderTrashCanClear.

5. Complete the fields as follows:

   • In the Start time field enter 00:00.

   • In the Interval field enter 86400.

   • In the Priority field enter 1.

6. Click OK.
