Files collected by the IBM Support Assistant

The assistant collects data that you can submit to IBM for problem resolution.

When you run the IBM Support Assistant collector function, it retrieves the files and directories documented in the following sections.

 

Files collected in the WebSphere Commerce runtime environment

The IBM Support Assistant retrieves the following files in the WebSphere Commerce runtime environment:

• WC_installdir/instances/* (Recursively, except for the default directory)

• WC_installdir/payments/instances/* (Recursively)

• WC_installdir/logs/* (Recursively)

• WC_installdir/properties/version/*

• WC_installdir/properties/version/history/*

• WC_installdir/xml/product.xml

• WC_installdir/properties/version/log/* (Recursively)

• WC_installdir/xml/loader/WCALoggerConfig.xml

• WC_installdir/xml/loader/MassLoadCustomizer.properties

• WC_installdir/properties/IdResolveKeys.properties

• WC_installdir/properties/OracleConnectionCustomizer.properties

• WC_installdir/schema/*error*.xml (Recursively, all files named *error*.xml)

• WC_installdir/wc.ear/xml/ldap/ldapentry.xml

• WC_installdir/javacore*

• WC_installdir/temp/logs/*

• WC_installdir/temp/*.properties

If you have an existing WebSphere Commerce instance and specify the path to its profile directory, the following files will also be retrieved:

• WC_profiledir/logs/* (Recursively)

• WC_profiledir/config/cells/* (Recursively, except for the applications directory)

If you have an existing WebSphere Commerce Payments instance and specify the path to its profile directory, the following files will also be retrieved:

• WAS_WPM_profiledir/logs* (Recursively)

• WAS_WPM_profiledir/config/cells/* (Recursively, except for the applications directory)

Files collected in the WebSphere Commerce Developer environment

The IBM Support Assistant collector for WebSphere Commerce development environment will retrieve the following files:

• WCDE_installdir/conf/xml* (Recursively)

• WCDE_installdir/xml/config/* (Recursively)

• WCDE_installdir/logs/*

• WCDE_installdir/properties/version/*

• WCDE_installdir/properties/version/history/*

• WCDE_installdir/properties/version/log/* (Recursively)

• WCDE_installdir/workspace/.metadata/.log

• WCDE_installdir/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/com.ibm.wtp.j2ee/looseconfigurations/WC/looseconfig.xmi

• WCDE_installdir/xml/loader/*

• WCDE_installdir/xml/ldap/ldapentry.xml

• WCDE_installdir/wasprofile/logs/* (Recursively)

• WCDE_installdir/wasprofile/config/* (Recursively)
