Troubleshoot: Errors are encountered when installing from a Universal Disk Format (UDF) CD-ROM
When installing WebSphere Commerce on an AIX system, a UDF device error is logged.
Problem
When mounting WebSphere Commerce CDs on AIX 5.2 or AIX 5.3, you might encounter one of the following error messages:
- Not a recognized UDF device: /dev/CD_device
- aix-subtype entry not found
