Troubleshoot: Clicking links in the launch pad result in a "No Browser" error message

A GUI installation of WebSphere Commerce shows a launch pad; some of the links might not work.

 

Problem

Clicking links in the launch pad result in a "No Browser" error message

 

Solution

The documentation links in the launch pad and First Steps panel require the Mozilla Web browser.

If you do not have the Mozilla Web browser installed, you will receive an error message indicating that no Web browser could be found on your system -- even if you have a non-Mozilla browser installed.
