Troubleshoot: The Cancel button is not disabled

After confirming the cancellation of a WebSphere Commerce installation, the cancel button is not disabled.

 

Problem

The Cancel button in the WebSphere Commerce installation wizard might not be disabled after you confirm that you want to cancel the installation. This is a known limitation in InstallShield.

 

Solution

The cancellation of the installation requires the installation wizard to remove files that were already installed and can take several minutes.
