Solution
Complete these steps:
- Review the log files in the following locations:
- WCDE_installdir/logs/trace.txt
- WCDE_installdir/logs/messages.txt
Review these error messages with your database administrator to ensure there are no data errors.
- Navigate to the WCDE_installdir/bin directory.
- Manually update the database.
- If this problem cannot be resolved, contact WebSphere Commerce Support.
