Troubleshoot: Locating the fix pack backup files
Before uninstalling a fix pack, ensure that the fix pack backup files exist on the system. Without these backup files, you will not be able to uninstall the fix pack successfully.

You want to locate the backup files of the fix pack installation
Solution
The WebSphere Commerce Developer fix pack update installer makes a backup of all the files modified during the fix pack installation. This backup is in the following directory:
- WCDE_installdir/properties/version/update/backup
