Downloading attachments from forums

Download attachments from forum posts to the local computer.

Anyone can download the files that are posted to a stand-alone forum or a public community forum.

Add attachments is a useful way to include supplemental information that is too long for the body of the message.

When you have access to a forum, we can download any attachments that are posted to the forum.

To download a file attachment:

1. Open the forum topic containing the attachment.

2. Click the file name and then select whether to save or open the file.
