Manage libraries

The library management tasks that we can perform depend on whether we are working with a community library or a linked library.

• Manage a community library
  When we are a community owner, we can control the level of access that members have to the community library using roles. We can also enable draft review functionality so that selected members have to approve files before they are published to the library.

• How do I manage a linked library?
  When we are a community owner, we can rename Linked Library widgets, choose how files are viewed in a library linked to the community, and change the server and library that we are connecting to.
