Use includes, variables, and Ref tags in configuration files

Overview

Liberty profile can be set in a single server.xml, or include elements can be used to consolidate configurations from separate files. Use variables to avoid hard coding values. Use Ref tags to refer to code blocks defined elsewhere in the configuration.
