WebSphere MQ naming restrictions

The naming restrictions for WebSphere MQ queues, queue managers, and queue-sharing groups are more restrictive than those that apply to equivalent objects in WebSphere Application Server. Use this information to help administer the WAS objects, so that the names of these objects can be passed successfully to and from WebSphere MQ.

Rules for naming WebSphere MQ objects
