There are two kinds of administrative clients: the Administrative Console and the wsadmin scripting interface. The wsadmin tool scripting interface can be attached to any server (Node Agent, Deployment Manager, or appservers). The Administrative Console is a Web application that is installed in the Deployment Manager in a WebSphere ND environment.
