Browsing a channel

To browse the settings of a channel, use the WRKMQMCHL command to begin at the Display Channel panel:

  1. Move the cursor to the left of the required channel name.

  2. Type option 5 (Display).

  3. Press Enter to activate your choice.

If you select more than one channel, they are presented in sequence.

Alternatively, we can use the DSPMQMCHL command from the command line.

This results in the respective Display Channel panel being displayed with details of the current settings for the channel. The fields are described in Channel attributes.
