Prerequisites for Windows XP

 

Additional prerequisites for Windows XP are:

• Java™ Runtime Environment (JRE) V1.4.2 or later, (required only for Java Messaging).

• IBM 32-bit SDK for Windows, Java 2 Technology Edition, Version 1.4.2

• WebSphere Eclipse Platform V3.01.1 (This prerequisite is only required for certain features, see Table 1 for information on which features these are.)

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 (required only for WebSphere MQ V6.0.2.1 if you are using a 64-bit operating system. For more information see Installing on 64-bit Windows operating systems).
