Workflow Stage Properties
Select Actions to execute upon entering and exiting the Stage. Also, select Users to be Approvers, Editors etcc...
Properties
Execute on Entering Stage Choose which Workflow Actions are executed before an item is sent to this stage. Execute on Exiting Stage Choose which Workflow Actions are executed after this workflow Stage. Note: Only E-mail Actions can be selected to execute on exiting a Workflow Stage. If you have not created any E-mail actions, there will not be any Actions available to select. Joint Approval If active, all the approvers specified for this stage must approve the document. If a group is specified as an approver, then any of the users in that group can approve the document. Enter Comment on Approval Indicates that a comment is required when moving out of this stage. These are displayed in the History section.
Workflow Security
Live Selected Users or Groups can:
- View an item in the "Live" web site.
Read Selected Users or Groups can:
- View an item in the Authoring Portlet (Web Content Authoring).
- View an item in the "Live" web site.
Edit Selected Users or Groups can:
- Edit an item.
- View an item in the Authoring Portlet (Web Content Authoring).
- View an item in the "Live" web site.
Delete Selected Users or Groups can:
- Delete an item.
- Edit an item.
- View an item in the Authoring Portlet (Web Content Authoring).
- View an item in the "Live" web site.
Approve Selected Users or Groups can:
- Approve an item within a Workflow.
- View an item in the Authoring Portlet (Web Content Authoring).
- View an item in the "Live" web site.
The access settings that are defined in the Properties section of the Workflow Stage form are the security settings applied to items during a workflow, not the Security section of a Workflow Stage. The Security section only defines who has access to the Workflow Stage item itself.
