Enable the dynamic cache service

 

To enable the dynamic cache service go to...

administrative console | Servers | Application Servers | server | Dynamic Cache Service

...select Enable service at server startup in the Startup state field, and then restart WAS.

The dynamic cache service will now cache content for requests that have cache policies configured.
