Inserting an ordered list
In an ordered list, a number (1, 2, 3, i, ii, iii, ...) or letter (A, B, C, ...) precedes each list item.
To create a ordered list:

Line Break dialog box.
- To change the number or letter that precedes a ordered list item, do the following:
- Select the ordered list item.
- Select the
LI tab in the Properties view and enter the number you want in
Number.
- Click the list item to see the update.
- To convert existing text into a list:
- Select the text.
- Select
Insert | List | Ordered List. Each line is added as a list item.
