Recovering after failure
Follow a set of procedures to recover after a serious problem.
Use the recovery methods described here if we cannot resolve the underlying problem by using the diagnostic techniques described throughout the Troubleshooting and support section. If your problem cannot be resolved by using these recovery techniques, contact your IBM® Support Center.
