Example MQ configuration for z/OS using QSGs

This section gives an example of how to set up communication links to a queue-sharing group (QSG) from IBM MQ products on Windows and AIX . We can also connect from z/OS® to z/OS.

Set up communication links from a queue sharing group to a platform other than z/OS is the same as described in Example MQ configuration for z/OS. There are examples to other platforms in that section.

When the connection is established, you must define some channels to complete the configuration. This process is described in IBM MQ for z/OS shared channel configuration.
