Installation and configuration of Microsoft Services for UNIX or Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications
In order to support Managing Server scripts on Windows platforms, a UNIX shell environment is necessary.
If you have Windows 2003 Server with Service Pack 1 (SP1), or an earlier version, install Microsoft Services for UNIX (SFU). If you have Windows 2003 R2 Server, or a later version, install Subsystem for UNIX-based Applications (SUA).
