Post-installation tasks
- Restart the WAS appserver to be used by the Managing Server.
- You may install a Web Server to provide the Visualization Engine.
Not required. If a Web Server is not installed, the WAS HTTP Transport is used.

- Restart the Web server.
- If you performed a GUI installation and you did not select...
- Launch the Managing Server
- Launch the User Interface
...on the last step of the installation, start the Managing Server
If you performed a silent installation or upgrade, start the ITCAM for Application Diagnostics Managing Server. If you did not enable the option to start the Managing Server, start the Managing Server.
- Verify that the Managing Server components are enabled and running.
- If Terminal Services is enabled on Windows 2003 Server:
change user /execute
