Creating a Service for a Client
This section describes the process of creating a service for a client. The process includes specifying an appropriate service for one or more clients, defining the service owner, the required number of units of a service, and authorizing a provider rate.
As part of service creation, the service frequency, the client's required participation in the service, and the nominee to receive payments in respect of the service are specified.
