Create or augment ND profiles with a DB2 for z/OS database server
You can configure an ND environment for IBM BPM using a DB2 Universal Database for z/OS database server.
- Create or augment dmgr profiles
To start the ND configuration, create or augment a dmgr. You can create profiles using PMT or manageprofiles.sh.- Create or augment custom profiles
As part of the ND configuration, create or augment at least one custom profile. A custom profile contains an empty node that you must federate into a dmgr cell to make operational. Federating the custom profile changes it into a managed node.- Create DB2 for z/OS databases after ND profile creation
After creating or augmenting profiles, you or your database administrator must create the databases and their tables manually, and you must also run the bootstrapProcessServerData command before you try to start or use the IBM BPM server.
