Generate change reports

You can generate a change report to obtain information about the differences between two versions of a snapshot.

The asset list for a snapshot must be displayed. If it is not...

  1. From the Process Apps or Toolkits tab of the Process Center Console, select a process application or toolkit.

  2. Click Snapshots if it is not already selected.

  3. From the list of snapshots, click the one you want to use as the basis for the comparison.

The change report is a simple list that includes information about any differences (additions, deletions, and updates) between two snapshots. For each change, the name of the person who made the change and the date of the change are also listed.


Procedure

To generate the change report:

  1. From the list of actions on the right side of the page, click Compare.

  2. From the list of snapshots, click the one that you want to compare to the selected snapshot.

  3. From the list of actions on the right side of the page, click Generate Report.


Results

The change report is generated.


What to do next

Click Print if you want a printed copy of the report.
