To troubleshoot the configuration of the eXtreme Scale in-memory data grid, you can use logs and trace, messages, and release notes.
- Logs and trace
You can use logs and trace to monitor and troubleshoot the environment. Logs are in different locations depending on the configuration. You might need to provide trace for a server when you work with IBM support.- Troubleshoot loaders
Use this information to troubleshoot issues with the database loaders.- Messages
When you encounter a message in a log or other parts of the product interface, you can look up the message by its component prefix to find out more information.- Release notes
