Create an SNMP String Monitor
Use this page to create a single string monitor, which periodically polls an attribute whose value is a string and generates a notification if the attribute value matches a string that you specify. Alternatively, you can specify that the monitor generates a notification if the attribute value does not match your string.
After you create a string monitor, you configure it on the SNMP String Monitors: General page.
