IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Version 6.3 Fix Pack 2
Add the DB2 resource type to the Cluster Administrator
To use DB2 clustering in the Microsoft Cluster Server, you need to add the required resource types to the Microsoft Cluster Server Administrator.
DB2 provides a command to add the resource type to the cluster. To add the resource type, complete the following steps:
Procedure
- Move the resource group back to clusternode1 and open a command line window on clusternode1.
- At the prompt, type the db2wolfi i command.
The output is shown as follows:
- c:>db2wolfi i
- ok
Error 183 indicates that the resource type has already been added.
- Restart the cluster nodes so that these changes take effect.
