Remove the virtualizer to support other types of profiling

The performance and problem analysis tools include a component called the virtualizer, which is the part of the data collection infrastructure that enables you to use multiple types of data collection agents in conjunction with each other.

The virtualizer has limitations, and does not enable all data collection agents to coexist and to return valid data. When a server has been instrumented for use with the DCI, only the Java EE Performance Analysis and Memory Analysis profiling type is supported.

Collecting other types of profiling data having the virtualizer present might result in no data being collected or might cause the application to lock up. The performance and problem analysis tools enable you to collect high-level execution statistics about Java EE application.

Collecting lower-level data using the TPTP piAgent is not supported if application is set up to collect Java EE data using the performance and problem analysis tools.

To collect data using the TPTP piAgent, remove the virtualizer.
