Failed to start TSS services. Cannot do TSS logging.
Explanation
This error can be caused by two situations:
- A test script that is associated with Rational TestManager is played back and a test script TestManager log is selected. However, the integration between IBM Rational Functional Tester and Rational TestManager is not working and the logs cannot be saved in TestManager.
- The datastore command-line option is not specified correctly.
