Getting fixes

A product fix might be available to resolve your problem. To determine what fixes are available, go to the HATS support site for a list of all support downloads.

  1. Go to the HATS support Web site .

  2. Click My support in the green box on the right. If you are already registered, sign in. If not, you need to register.

  3. Once you sign in, select Software, then Networking and finally Host Access for the three drop-down lists.

  4. Select all the products for which you would like to receive news flashes.

  5. Click Save & return. Your support profile is listed on the next screen.

  6. Under the Subscribe to email tab, select Software from the drop-down list and then the type of documents you wish to receive (Flashes, Downloadable files).

  7. When finished, click Submit. You will receive a message indicating that your profile has been updated.

  8. Click Sign Out to end the session.
