Performs state resolution in the scope of the current request. This method operates on the current state in the request - which is guaranteed to be modifiable during the action or the eventing phase.

Parameters:

uri - the POC URI

verb - the verb

params - the parameters

Returns:

true if the resolution was successful, else false

ResolutionException
