public interface BookmarkableFlag
An interface providing the bookmarkable flag. This is a flag that is
used for the "favorites" functionality of portal and does not indicate
URL bookmarkability for browsers.
The bookmarkable flag is used on layout models to indicate whether they
are bookmarkable or not.
