If link does not exist, install and deploy CTC and Site Builder manually.

• (Optional) Supply administrator passwords before installing
• Install CTC and Site Builder on a base portal or cluster
• Install CTC and Site Builder on virtual portals
• Install CTC and Site Builder on virtual portals with no base portal
• Complete CTC and Site Builder installation when using a web server
• Remove sample user names after installing
• Enable anonymous search
