Install PAA add-ons

For add-ons, we can use the Configuration Wizard in the browser.

For updates, we use ConfigEngine on the command-line.

1. Install and uninstall add-ons using the Configuration Wizard
2. Migrate PAA content
3. Manage the existing Portal Application Archive file
4. Solution Installer run time configuration
