Configuration parameters for the SAP integrator portlet

We can set the following configuration parameters for the SAP integrator portlet IBM WebSphere Portal Integrator for SAP.

Configuration parameters in the Edit Shared Settings mode

We can set the following parameters in the Edit Shared Settings mode of the SAP integrator portlet:

SAP Content URL

Use this field to type the URL of the SAP iVieto integrate into the WebSphere Portal.

The SAP integration to also authenticate the clients that use the configured SSO scenario between WebSphere Portal and SAP NetWeaver Portal, add some or all of the following parameters. If you do this, WebSphere Portal passes the SSO token defined by the parameter SAP SSO Cookie name from WebSphere Portal to the client browser.

Select a Credential Slot

This selection is optional. Select a credential slot only if we use Basic Authentication for SSO. From the dropdown box, select the Credential Vault slon that will hold the credentials for logging into the SAP NetWeaver Portal. If the slot has not been created yet, we can type its name into the text field instead. However, before using the SAP integration, create the credential vault slot wito that given name.

SAP SSO Domain

The parameter in this field is optional. Specify it only if we use Basic Authentication for SSO. Specify the domain for which to set the token. Specify the domain starting with a dot, for example .ibm.com . If set, also add the logout filter implementation com.ibm.wps.integration.sap.logout.LogoutFilter to both the explicit and implicit logout filter chains. SAP SSO Cookie name

The parameter in this field is optional. Specify it only if we use Basic Authentication for SSO. Specify the SSO token name of the SAP NetWeaver Portal. The default value is MYSAPSSO2 .

The following field is optional. Use it only if we use Basic Authentication for SSO. We can use this field to create a Credential Vault slon that can later store users credentials. Create Credential Slot / Slot ID

Use this field to create a Credential Vault slon that can later store user credentials.

Configuration parameters in the Personalize mode

The following parameters are optional. Use them only if we use Basic Authentication for SSO. Users can set these parameters in the Personalize mode of the SAP integrator portlet:

User ID

Use this field to set the user ID for logging in to the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

Password / Confirm Password

Use this field to set the password for logging in to the SAP NetWeaver Portal.
