Inserting a link to ECM content
You can insert links to ECM content into elements containing a rich text field using the Insert ECM Link button.
- Click Insert ECM Link.
- Enter the URL to ECM document.
- Enter a user name and password to login to your ECM with and click Login.
- Select a document.
- Depending on the type of ECM you have connected to, you may also be required to specify whether the link will download the document directly, or take you to a summary page first.
- Click OK.
