Troubleshooting

Refer to this information when troubleshooting WABs.

To run IBM® Lotus® Expeditor with a debug console, enterC:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Expeditor\rcp\rcplauncher.exe with -debug -console . To run IBM Lotus Notes® 8 with a debug console, add the following to C:\notes\framework\rcp\rcplauncher.propertiesi 

config.notes.10=-console config.notes.9=-debug
You can find the IBM Lotus Expeditor logs in the IBM Lotus Expeditor workspace, for example: C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Lotus\XPD\logs

Note: If you open the XML logs with a browser (and don't block the actions it tries to take) the logs will be presented in a nice HTML table using a stylesheet.

You can find the IBM Lotus Notes 8 logs in the IBM Lotus Notes workspace, for example: C:\notes\data\workspace\logs
