You can share the project resources among developers.
You can create or install an IBM® WebSphere Portlet Factory archive file. An archive file is a special compressed file that you create using the WebSphere Portlet Factory Export/Import Wizard. This wizard is integrated into the File > Export and File > Import menus in WebSphere Portlet Factory Designer. An archive provides a way for you to easily collect and distribute project components.
