You can add profile information to users. User profiles can be used as search parameters in menus.

Profiling cannot be added to groups, only users.

  1. Go to...

    Categories folder | taxonomy | More Actions | User Profile

  2. Search for and then select the users you would like to edit and then click Next.

    1. Click Select Categories to add or remove categories.

    2. Enter keywords in the Keywords field separated by commas.

  3. Click Finish.

To use this feature configure a property extension database to store user-specific data. See Configure security for further information.
