Create a workflow
You select the workflow stages to comprise a workflow in a workflow form.
- Click New>Workflow.
- Enter identification information.
- Click Select Workflow Stages to select the workflow stages to comprise this workflow.
- To add workflow stages, click Add. Select the required workflow stages from the index and then click OK.
- To remove workflow stages, select the workflow stages you want to remove and then click Remove.
- Click Select Reject Stage to select a stage to move an item to when rejected.
- Select a workflow stage from the index and then click OK.
- Click None to not specify a reject stage.
- To require a comment to be entered when approving an item, select Enter Comment on Approval.
- Set access properties.
- Click Save and close.
