Get the time zone

It is advised to have the Cloud Controller with the same time zone as the on-premise Controller. When this information is submitted to Neotys in the request email, the Cloud Controller is preset with the appropriate time zone.

• To get the Windows Time zone

1. Click the clock in the taskbar. The clock opens up.
2. Click Change date and time settings.

   

3. Copy and paste the description in the Time zone group box (e.g. “(UTC) DUBLIN, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London”) in the request email.
