On Windows

On Windows, the WAN Emulation driver installation is fully integrated in the NeoLoad 5.5 installer, as documented in Install the Controller and Install a Load Generator Agent.

On some versions of Windows, messages may be displayed by the system to indicate that the WAN Emulation driver is being installed as a network interface card. To terminate the driver installation, Windows restarts the network layer, which means that the network connection is reset for a few seconds.
