Organize search results by task or by instance

To organize search results by task:

  1. From Lombardi Process Portal, display the search results you want to organize. You can use the Quick Search feature or use a saved search to display search results.
  2. Click the Organize by Task button at the top of the search results. The Process Portal page refreshes, displaying the search results organized by task.

    When you click Organize by Task, the Organize by Instance button becomes available.

To organize search results by process instance:

  1. From Lombardi Process Portal, display the search results you want to organize. You can use the Quick Search feature or use a saved search to display search results.
  2. Click Organize by Instance button. The Process Portal page refreshes, displaying the search results organized by instance.

    When you click Organize by Instance, the Organize by Task button becomes available.
